Thank You, Minnesota State Fair Volunteers!

As we head into the last day of the fair, we’d like to give a shout-out to our fantastic Minnesota State Fair volunteers. We could not have the presence we have at the fair without the assistance of dozens of volunteers who sell merchandise, help people sign up for membership, answer questions at our special pollinator education booth and respond to the requests and questions of many, many fair-goers who pass near our booth.
Our volunteers do it all with good cheer and a great attitude! Many are very knowledgeable gardeners, happy to chat with fair-goers about what growing and what’s not.
In addition to staffing our Minnesota State Fair booth, MSHS volunteers help out at home shows, Spring at the Inn and many other events throughout the year.
So, if you are out at the fair this Labor Day, stop by our booth near The Dirt stage in the Horticulture Building and say hello to our great MSHS volunteers.
