An Evening in Heidi's Garden

The May/June issue of Northern Gardener includes a profile of Heidi Heiland’s garden. You may be familiar with Heidi from her occasional appearances on KARE-11’s Grow with KARE segments or from her landscape design and maintenance business, Heidi’s Lifestyle Gardens.

Visiting Heidi’s place on Gleason Lake was a real treat. She opened her garden to donors, board members and staff of the Minnesota State Horticulture Society for our annual Garden Gathering. It was a beautiful evening, with the sun shining, a breeze off the lake and gorgeous plantings to admire. Here are just a few photos from these spectacular gardens.
