Mr. MacDonagh co-founded The Kestrel Design Group, Inc. in 1989 with Elisabeth I . Ryan to provide specialized services in ecological, sustainable and interpretive design. He specializes in the restoration of plant communities and natural areas, and the creation of wildlife habitat, sustainable design, and ecological stormwater management.
