11 Ponds on Tour
July 26 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
$17 – $20
Minnesota Water Garden Society invites the public to its 29th Annual Self-Guided Water Garden Tour on Saturday and Sunday, July 25–26, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
This year’s tour features 11 spectacular water gardens located throughout the Northeast Metro area. Visitors will experience breathtaking ponds, waterfalls, meandering streams, aquatic plants, blooming waterlilies and lotus, and colorful pond fish in a wide variety of unique backyard settings.
Beyond the water features, guests will also enjoy beautifully landscaped perennial gardens in both sunny and shady settings, creative yard art, and impressive hardscape elements including boulder walls, flagstone walkways, patios, firepits, an Irish pub, fairy gardens, and even a children’s playhouse.
The tour offers inspiration for every level of gardener and is an excellent opportunity to learn how aquatic plants can be grown in containers, fountains, ponds, and streams.
Advance tickets are $17 and are available beginning June 1. Tickets purchased on the day of the tour are $20.
