Membership Card FAQs
Answers to our members’ most frequently asked questions about their digital membership cards.
Within a week, you will receive your official membership card from our partners at Cuseum (membership@cuseum.com). Until then, all Society and Affiliated members receive a confirmation or welcome email immediately after joining or renewing with a temporary membership card that’s ready to use right away. You can print this email, show it on your phone or take a screenshot of the card to show when shopping with participating Discount Partners until your card arrives.
Don’t see a confirmation email? Try scanning your junk folder for a note from membership@northerngardener.org. You may also log into your account to ensure you have a valid email address on file.
Still nothing? Call 651-643-3601 or email membership@northerngardener.org anytime.
Once you receive an email from membership@cuseum.com (usually within a week of joining or renewing), you’ll want to open it on your mobile device only (the card will not download if you open it up on your desktop computer).
From there, you’ll just need to follow the few simple steps in the email. Click the big green button to Download, which will open a page where you can review your card and add to your wallet (make sure you have either Apple or Google Wallet installed on your device first).
Previously, Cuseum would automatically update the current card in your wallet after renewing. Due to privacy concerns, this feature is no longer available and you will need to download the new card from your Cuseum email.
If you haven’t received an email and you need an updated card sooner (to go plant shopping or pick up any will call tickets), you may reach out to us and we’ll attempt a forced update.
Reach out to membership@northerngardener.org with your name and a valid email address. We will get back to you within 24 hours (unless otherwise stated) with a link to your card that you must open on a mobile device. It will then allow you to download depending on your device’s operating system (Apple or Android).
