About Joseph

I have been gardening since I was old enough to hold a shovel. My passion started with my Grandpa with annuals each spring he grew. In 9th grade my parents let me build a pond in their backyard. In high school and college I managed a landscape supply company. Today, I own Lazy Toad Farm with my partner in Clearwater, MN. I have expertise in garden design, perennials, succulents, and my specialty is hosta-with over 1000 varieties.
