Watermelon Basil Ice Cream
A wildly easy ice cream recipe from @aforagersfeast. Vegan and no churning required!
- 5 cups of juicy watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 can organic coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender and freeze in a cake pan. After one hour, blend again and wait for it to become slightly slushy. As @aforagersfeast says, "It's amazing!!"
