Submissions must include all information requested; incomplete submissions may not be published. Community Calendar of Events submissions for the magazine must be received eight weeks prior to the publication date.

If you miss the magazine deadline, your event will still be included on our online Community Calendar.

Although we try our best to include all submitted event items in the magazine, due to space issues, we cannot guarantee that all events will be published.

Nonprofit groups and organizations, such as garden clubs, community groups and societies can submit their horticulture-, gardening-, nature- or outdoor-related events. We do not publish events of for-profit businesses unless the event benefits a nonprofit.
