The 2014 presenters includes:

Dr. Raymond Cloyd, Kansas State University, will speak about natural and organic pesticides as well as effective pest management.

Dr. Charlie Hall, Texas A&M University, on strategic management, market outlooks, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

Debbie Lonnee, Planning and Administration Manager at Bailey Nurseries in Minneapolis, will provide information on new varieties in both perennials and woody plants.

Brian Minter, owner and operator of the destination garden center Minter Gardens, is considered one of the top gardening experts in Canada. He brings his expertise on value added measures to increase business profitability.

Dr. Leonard Perry, University of Vermont. will discuss plant suitability in the landscape based on his 20+ years of Zone 4 hardiness trials.

In addition to the popular round-table discussions with the speakers, attendees will have the opportunity to have lunch with a speaker – an additional time to engage in conversations with national consultants. The program has been planned to provide practical as well as thought provoking information for garden center owners and operators, greenhouse growers and landscape practitioners. PLANET CEU credits are available for each hour of presentation.
